Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 45 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unwashed condition to qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@trivonaattire.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed in 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free and processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately — at no cost to you.

Exceptions

Discounted sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
